Refund and return policy
Our policy lasts for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially faulty or damaged based on our stock.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email to info@ilovebasic.store and we will guide you.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us so we will provide the return address.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you that we have received the returned item.
If the article does not mention Free return, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Please send us your sending prove (with the tracking number) so we can follow the package. Note that we will consider only the returns that we can be assured of its sending back.
